Hi beautiful people! I’ve decided to make this blog a lot more personal aka half travels and adventures and half personal diary kinda thing so you get to know me a bit more and also for nosy people to just satisfy that urge haha. You know what I mean😜
A few days ago I was invited to attend a small skincare event at SKN in Mercato Mall down on JBR and since I had the day off I thought yeah why not I might learn a few tricks to better my skincare routine.
The guest speaker was Dr. Razan Kadry who has been in the business for over 20 years and has worked all over the states and in the Middle East. To be honest with you guys I never really liked doctors mainly because I feel they push products on you either because they get a percentage from it or it has their name on it which is fair because it’s business but if it’s my skin I want what’s best for my skin and not something that has your name one it.
I was so pleasantly surprised to find out Dr.Razan doesn’t push products but actually goes into the ABC’s of what your skin really truly needs.
There was even a guy getting his skin analysis because hey guys need to care for their skin as well! On the down low I actually think more guys secretly take care of their skin better than a lot of women and I say secretly because people tend to judge men who take care of themselves like this which is wrong.
Anyways, by the end of the session I realized I do have a great skincare routine which thankfully I’ve been following since I was 12 and now I know a lot more about what is in the products and what I should and should not use based on my skin type. We grabbed a quick coffee and sandwich at Costa before I went home for a nap😂 I swear there’s something wrong with me whenever I’m on ground I feel like I can nap everyday even if I didn’t do anything strenuous🤦🏾♀️ so I'm going to go make myself a nice cup of tea, roll out my yoga mat and chill x

just got diagnosed with HSV1, and reading this actually made me feel like crawling and crying like a baby. The outbreak I have right now is genital and in my throat and mouth, I talked to the doctor who did the blood test on me and said over time that it would eventually get much better.
